Title IV, Part A Public Report

Public reports are required on how funds made available under this subpart are being expended by local educational agencies, including the degree to which the local educational agencies have made progress toward meeting the objectives and outcomes described in section 4106(e)(1)(E); and (3) use the amount made available to the State and not reserved under paragraphs (1) and (2) for activities described in subsection (b).




*In FY 2017, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017 (Pub. L 115-31) (Appropriations Act) provides SEAs with the option of making Title IV-A Student Support and Academic Enrichment Program subgrants to LEAs through the formula in the program statute, on a competitive basis (as described in the Appropriations Act), or via a combination of the competitive and formula methods.
